We will deal with this when you fill out the performance data form for us. But here is some useful information:

The perfect venue (indoor) is at least as large as two tennis courts!... with a licensed bar, and private from the public.

"What is the capacity of the room?"

Length x Breadth (in feet)	=	the number of people seated comfortably

We have never found a Club to believe this UNTIL AFTERWARDS.

This is the best arrangement. We respect the fact that it is hard to believe, but this is it.

Not only might you be surprised at the capacity of your club using this system but you may be interested to know that years of experience has taught us that if 200 people accept your invitation, then between 175 and 185 will actually attend. This rule of thumb is accurate because NO ONE pays in advance.
